What you get back
A scorecard for your library. Then a price per document.
Our team runs Proof’s assessment on a sample of the PDFs it finds (12 by default, up to 100 for requests we qualify) and sends you a live scorecard. With it comes a price per document for the whole library at list prices. Most documents need one manual check from your team, two at the 90th percentile (production documents, Aug 2026).

Proof evaluates every WCAG 2.1 A/AA criterion that applies to a document, by machine check or recorded attestation, and its certificate gives the count, every one of them. If a criterion that applies was not evaluated, the certificate names it. Our coverage page shows how each criterion is evaluated.
Text version of this scorecard
Accessibility compliance scorecard, Home project: original uploads (version 1), before remediation. A point-in-time snapshot as of October 4, 2026, assessed against the machine-verifiable WCAG 2.1 AA checks; file-format checks are shown for information.
Compliance posture: 0% compliant, 0 of 86 scored documents. 86 documents, 3,161 pages. 356 open violations. 86 failing, 0 need review, 0 escalated.
Progress: 4 blocked, 82 to fix; 0 to review, escalated, ready to approve, approved or analyzing.
A note: under Section 508 and ADA Title II, 86 of the 86 documents assessed don’t yet meet the accessibility bar. The remaining checks break down by who clears each one, most of them without human input.

- Where you stand. 86 documents, 3,161 pages and 356 open WCAG 2.1 AA violations. None is compliant yet: these are the original files, before any fix.
- Who clears what. Proof clears 289 of the 356 with no human input. 47 go to your reviewers: 13 AI drafts to accept or reject and 34 confirmations. 20 wait on a prerequisite Ockem handles.
- Where the problems are. Rolled up by site section, mirroring your folders, then scored criterion by criterion across 33 checks, each linked to the W3C definition.
- What it doesn’t claim. It covers the machine-verifiable WCAG 2.1 AA checks, shows file-format checks for information only, and says plainly that it is not a full conformance audit.
How we handle your documents. The inventory keeps only each PDF’s metadata: page count, tagging, producer. A document we sample is deleted 30 days later. If we import your public documents in full, every copy is deleted 90 days after the assessment’s last activity. The scorecard is kept. Public documents we collect ourselves may be used to improve Ockem’s own accessibility models, never sold or shared with another customer; documents you upload follow your workspace’s setting (see the Privacy Policy).
