Your team at a glance
Following your team's progress. When you lead a team, the question is rarely about one document. It's whether the work is moving, and where it's stuck. Review has a Team view for that. Admins and people who can certify see it. There's one row per person, and the columns follow a document through its life. Assigned means it's theirs but not started. In progress means they're working on it. Ready for approval means they've handed it in. Further along are Sent back, Overdue, and what each person certified.
Who has what
Let's start with who has what. Priya has one document assigned and not started yet, and one in progress. That's a steady load, and nothing of hers is waiting on you. Sam has handed in two, which are ready for approval. They're waiting on an approver, so that's your queue. And the one assigned to Sam is overdue. That's the number to act on first.
Behind every number
A number tells you where to look. To act on it, you need the documents. Every number in the table is a link to the documents behind it. Let's select Sam's overdue count. A list opens below the table with just that document. It's the clinic hours notice. It was due two days ago, and hasn't been started. From here you can open it. If Sam is overloaded, reassign it to someone with more time. The lesson on assigning work shows how.
What nobody holds, and what got done
The bottom row is work nobody holds yet. It shows whether anything is falling through the gaps. Here, there's none. Everything has an owner. On the right is what each person certified in the last seven and thirty days. Nothing yet this month. A certification counts for the person the document was assigned to, and for whoever handed it in. The last column, Oldest idle claim, is the document a person took on that has sat longest untouched. It's how you spot work that has quietly stalled. For Priya, that's the spring newsletter, claimed today, so nothing is stalled yet. You don't have to keep checking this page to hear about results. To be told when a folder's documents are certified, choose Follow folder in that folder's menu. It arrives in your daily digest. Now you can see who has how much, open the documents behind any number, and catch overdue or stalled work early.
